Ready, Aim, Fire. Dick Cheney Shoots Obama!
Former Vice President Dick Cheney has reloaded and took aim directly at President Obama, just days after the failed terrorist attack on Christmas Day. With Obama squarely in his sights, Cheney’s itchy trigger finger couldn’t resist as he squeezed off round after politically charged round into Obama’s center mass.
“He [Obama] seems to think if he gives terrorists the rights of Americans, lets them lawyer up and reads them their Miranda rights…He seems to think if we bring the mastermind of 9/11 to New York, give him a lawyer and trial in civilian court…He seems to think if he closes Guantanamo and releases the hard-core al Qaeda trained terrorists still there – we won’t be at war.”
Cheney adds, that President Obama “pretends we aren’t [at war],” asking rhetorically, “why doesn’t he want to admit we’re at war?”
Once again, Cheney blatantly ignores reality, the reality that Obama as Commander-in-Chief has remained in Iraq. The reality that Obama through discussions with the commander of Afghanistan forces, General Stanley McChrystal, just recently committed to reinforcing our war efforts in Afghanistan by another 30,000 troops. What more does Dick Cheney want? Should Obama grab a gun and start profiling, frisking, and shooting every radical Muslim (oops, terrorist) he sees? Hey Cheney, this isn’t like deer (or wait, quail) season and America should not declare open season on every Muslim in the world or within our borders, and it’s never open season on the President of the United States. Cheney, you should really listen to Congressman Alan Grayson and STFU.
